Shrove Tuesday 3/5 - 5:30 pm

Shrove Tuesday is the day before Lent starts on Ash Wednesday. The name Shrove comes from the old middle English word 'Shriven' meaning to go to confession to say sorry for the wrong things you've done. Lent always starts on a Wednesday, so people went to confessions on the day before. This became known as Shriven Tuesday and then Shrove Tuesday.  We will be celebrating with our own Mardi Gras party.

Ash Wednesday 3/6 - 5:30 pm

There will be one service at 5:30 with the Imposition of Ashes.

Stations of the Cross 3/29 - 5:30 pm

The Stations of the Cross is a Lenten devotion that offers witness to Jesus’ Passion and Death. At each station we use our senses and our imagination to reflect prayerfully upon Jesus’ suffering, Death, and Resurrection, and to simply experience the visual images to reflect on Christ’s love for us.

Maundy Thursday 4/18 - 5:30 pm

Two important events are the focus of Maundy Thursday.  First, Jesus celebrated the Last Supper with His disciples and thereby instituted the Lord’s Supper, also called Communion (Luke 22:19-20).  Second, Jesus washed the disciples’ feet as an act of humility and service, thereby setting an example that we should love and serve one another in humility (John 13:3-17). We will observe a foot-washing ceremony on Maundy Thursday to commemorate Jesus’ washing the feet of the disciples.

Good Friday 4/19 - 5:30 pm

Good Friday, also known as "Holy Friday," is the Friday immediately preceding Easter Sunday. It is celebrated traditionally as the day on which Jesus was crucified.

Easter Day 4/21 - 9:00 am

The celebration of Christ being raised from the dead.
